I like this lock. Convenient to use, stored right on the bike in a compact, durable case. From the street. It's surprisingly difficult. The locking mechanism is light and smooth. My previous lock, the Kryptonite U-lock, always felt like the key was worn rather than straight and I had a lot of trouble locking it. Had to return within the first month. The rough lock/lock mechanism is also characteristic of my husband's kryptonite bike lock. (although serviceable, it works well enough for him and he still uses it) But Abus treats the girl correctly. The bicycle lock is simple and looks very secure. The key turns easily, the lock manipulates and bends to make locking the bike easier, and it tucks away out of the way.
