I ignored the 1 star reviews because the vast majority of the reviews were decent, but I was incredibly wrong! Most 1 star reviews say skin comes off after one use and same thing happened to me. About 30 minutes after using it I noticed a film in my mouth and when I started spitting it out it was dead skin! This material damages the sensitive oral mucosa. Other reviews talked about keeping using it and going to the dentist who told them to discontinue it right away so I played it safe and just poured two packs I just bought down the drain. I will be going back to Equate/Anything Else and not using this again! DO NOT BUY!
