Review on Global Management System (GMS) by Dante Black

The GMS software was extremely easy to use. It was intuitive and did exactly what we needed it to do. Our IT department was amazed at how simple it was to get the network back up and running. They had been having problems getting their computers connected to the WAN. With the GMS, they were able to connect directly to the main server. It took less than 10 minutes to install and configure. It only took us a couple hours to learn how to use the software. The installation and configuration was straightforward and easy to follow. The video tutorials provided were helpful in learning the basics. The documentation included in the installation package was excellent. The website included many links to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The support team was always available and helped resolve any issues we encountered. The level of support provided exceeded our expectations. We used the free trial version for 3 months before purchasing a license. This was a great way to evaluate the software and determine if it would meet our needs. During the trial period, we learned that the GMS had several limitations that could be improved upon.
