With some trepidation I ordered this ink from another manufacturer. I just HATE paying the price HP charges for their ink. This really helps me keep track of how much I'm printing and print almost everything in black and white so the color cartridges last longer. Well, my printer has been telling me for a long time that it's time to replace almost all cartridges, so I took the plunge and bought this ink. Wow! The printer worked the first time. The ink is nice and clear. I print in color and don't bother much about printing what I want to keep like I used to. Having to print some large manuals I have already ordered and received a second batch of these inks to have when I need them. I didn't know that, but there was a piece of paper in the kit. Ink stating that printer companies couldn't void a printer's warranty (mine was long out of date anyway) if they used "non-branded" inks (note I'm paraphrasing). I think there should be a change in the law. I seem to remember in the past they said the warranty was void if I didn't pay more than $100 to replace the branded ink.
