Avoid art and cook like the plague. I bought this grinder because I was happy to see salt and pepper combined in one grinder. I was satisfied with the product for about a month. Then one day I was turning the pepper mill and it broke. Pepper stopped thrashing, the transmission had snapped off. A week later the salt mill broke down and the gearbox was also dismantled. I contacted Art and Cook about my broken windmill and the numerous emails and photos sent proving ownership and they agreed to replace the windmill. I sent them my address and patiently waited for my coffee grinder to be replaced. Well, 3 months later I'm still patiently waiting. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Art and Cook.
