There are 6 screws missing from the access panel right out of the box. I bought this 'new' inverter/charger from the Renogy store right here on Amazon. There are scratches around the screw holes and battery posts as if it has been used. Otherwise a new one will appear. I've tried calling Renogy, when handing over to the operator their system cuts off the call, I've tried multiple times. For this reason it will be returned. I need reassurance that tech support is available when needed and not stuck on their automated phone system. Very disappointed, will be returning DC to DC/MPPT controllers while I'm at it.
