Order one size smaller than usual

I'm 5'4", 120 lbs and ordered the small one. It's free for me. The bottom part is too loose (hanging down). The neck part also doesn't fit as well as you can see in the photos I have already washed it so I cannot return it the material feels soft and comfortable

Pros

Off the shoulder body with a high neck, cut-out shoulders, long sleeves and soft material. The double-lined bodysuit makes it impermeable, breathable and comfortable to wear.
