Let me start by loving them. They're big, soft, and double-sided so nothing seeps through to the other side. I've used them to remove lip color with no problems, but they left frizz on my lashes when I tried to use them to remove eye makeup. I decided to try them for applying toner and again there was lint on my face. So I decided to try them to fix the powder. Close! Ideal applicator for setting powder. I hope with a few more washes they don't leave fluffy patches when removing eye makeup because they are really big. Other reusable cartridges are small and flimsy, and sometimes you need to use more than one to get the job done. You should definitely buy these instead of disposable cotton or other reusable cartridges.
