Sits on the ear, not in it!
It doesn't even fit in your ear. Sits on top and is very uncomfortable. Also when it comes to your ear, your ear hurts by the end of my shift. The cable is too long and not adjustable. I had to send it back as soon as I tried it on and realized it didn't fit your ear. Why do you need an earphone if it doesn't fit in your ear?
