I have a cleaning company. I was trying to upgrade my canister vacuum. i love vac I am very, very disappointed in everything that has happened to him. The hose is long enough for a small child. So I bought a new hose. The stick broke after 2 weeks. Bought a new wand. Now the bond is broken. The strap was uncomfortable at first but now it's broken. So I probably spent over $200 on a vacuum that I used for 4 weeks. So upset. Don't buy this vacuum unless you're willing to shop elsewhere for everything that goes with it to get something useful and durable.
