I have large breasts and occasionally had tingling heat when I had to wear a sports bra. Now that I'm older and they're not as funny as they used to be, the rash has appeared among them as well. I've always tried treating it with cortisone but it never brought much relief. I bought this powder based on the reviews as I couldn't take the rash anymore especially under my boobs as it was interfering with my workout. I applied it and it worked straight away. No more burning or itching since I've been using it. I apply it before going to the gym and at night before bed. I expect this to be one of my favorite products of all time because it really does what it says on the tin.
