With Cllena, I had a bad online shopping experience.

I recently had a bad experience with Cllena's online store, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking for accessories, batteries, or replacement parts for their vehicle. First of all, their website had a confusing layout and a subpar search engine, making it challenging to browse. Finding the precise products I required for my car was challenging, and even when I did, the product descriptions left a lot to be desired. I was dissatisfied with the shipping experience when I eventually placed my order. Despite the fact that there was no tracking information available, my items arrived much later than the expected delivery date. I was further disappointed by the subpar goods when my order did eventually arrive. The accessories I received were made of cheap, flimsy materials, and the replacement parts I received did not fit my vehicle correctly. I attempted to get in touch with their customer service department for assistance, but I only received unhelpful and dismissive answers. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone in need of automotive components or accessories to shop at Cllena's website. I won't be doing any more business with them because of their confusing website, slow delivery, subpar goods, and unhelpful customer service.
