Big disappointment in office electronics
Man we were disappointed with this GE phone! We did everything right - first we "trainedโ the battery, made sure it was charged regularly, never dropped or abused this phone, and one fine day it stopped holding a charge. We couldn't understand. It worked fine for about a year and then broke completely just like other reviewers have said. We had a 10 year old Toshiba that was so amazing and reliable to its unfortunate end when we bought this loser. Are there good cell phones anywhere?
