Review on 🌡️ Lavatools OVT02 Element: Dual-Sensor Digital Oven Thermometer - Perfect for Oven, Grill, and Smoker + Stainless Temperature Probe by Beth Henderson

I have Lavatools Javelin Pro Duo Instant Read and love it so I decided to grab a few items. They worked fine for about a week, then the probe failed on the first. However, he did not die secretly, only his readings became 10-20 degrees lower than those of his companion. I contacted support in March, they were supposed to send a return envelope, then COVID closed everything and our communication ended there. I certainly can't fault them for not responding during that time, although they still managed to send out marketing emails. However, a few weeks after the first probe failed, the second probe failed in the same way. I was cooking steaks and keeping a close eye on the temperature, and suddenly the temperature dropped from 120 degrees to under 100 degrees. A quick check with my instant readout confirmed the sensor was far away. In May I contacted support again and resurrected. No Answer. Then again in July and still no reply. So, I have two useless thermometers that look fine, but I regret not having spent any money on them. I should have just bought Thermoworks from the start.
