The system is very easy to use, and their support team always comes up with solutions to problems that you may have. There are so many different programs out there, and this one stands out as being easy to customize, easy to understand, and easy to implement. I also like that they offer a free trial. The only thing I don't really love about it is that sometimes when I receive feedback from eBay customers, their comments show up twice in my inbox. This isn't a major problem, but it can be frustrating if you're dealing with hundreds of them at once. This program has been great for me, because I've received positive feedback (both negative and positive) from both new and returning buyers. It's also given us insights into what the customer wants and helps us keep on top of the competition.
