These are supposed to be "work" Crocs but to be honest they aren't as comfortable as the Mercy Work Crocs. My only complaint about the Mercy Work Croc is that the shoe's upper doesn't reach far enough over your instep to fully cover it, while they have what I liked about them, along with a deeper heel cup and a tighter heel cup. However, the Specialist II's outsole doesn't provide enough cushioning, while the Mercy Work Crocs cushion much better and are light years more comfortable, especially when you're on your feet for a long time. I've been working a few 9-12 hour shifts in these Specialist IIs and my back and legs were killing me. I even tried some orthotics in it and it didn't help much. However, I can easily work 12-hour shifts in Mercy Work Crocodiles. I ended up sending them back because they weren't comfortable enough for what I needed them for, which is a shame because I love the look and fit of these Specialist IIs.
