
Hello. The purpose of this letter is to complain and seek compensation for a faulty product I purchased last month. I bought a set of 3 Lightning cables for iPhone on September 10th and when I first used it on my cellphone a few days ago, one of these cables broke and got stuck in my phone. If you look at the attached photos you will see how the broken phone looks now in front of the still working one. Service because I couldn't remove the part that was stuck in my iPhone. Luckily I was able to keep my phone with a $40 service fee, but I find it genuinely unacceptable that you are selling such a poor product. I paid $16+tax for your products, so please refund me at least the full amount to my account. because I had to pay $40 for a service trying to find a solution to your bad product.
