Very easy to use and great! Here are some tips I learned along the way. The less water, the faster it dries. If you decide to breastfeed and want more support, you can use a bra or saran, or elevate your arms over your arms (just work fast when using this method). Your bra is washable, but it may not be the same, so don't use your favorite.3. Do not dispose of plaster water down the drain. If it gets on your clothes, let it dry and remove most of it before washing.4. Save a roll (or more) of band-aid gauze. After drying for 1 day, sand lightly, trim and touch up edges. You can see where it's very thin by holding it up to the light, and also feel where it's less strong. Also cut a few strips along the edges of the patch. This is important!5. Cut the strips for narrow places, e.g. B. under the breast, in half. Enjoy!
