I bought my 7-year-old twin grandchildren a red and blue jacket for their birthday in October. As this jacket needs to be worn every once in a while, I bought a size larger than necessary so that it can be worn for several years. I picked my grandchildren up this rainy morning and when I got them to put on their raincoats (haven't seen them in them yet) my only grandson's blue jacket didn't have a zip to close the jacket. He told me the bullet went off at school when he unbuttoned his jacket the first day he put it on. He says the jab is in his backpack somewhere. When I just checked it says the return date has passed. Can this jacket be sent in for repairs?
