Great way of communicating with clients or attendees for any conference event

The ease in which it is used by our team when dealing out tickets as well booking accommodation was brilliant! There were no issues that I have experienced within this software however we had some minor problems but these are more likely down do us rather than their system/software so there's not much point complaining about them really (as they did resolve everything). We've been using ems since 2013-2014 now & absolutely love how easy its made things such scheduling events etc - even just being able get updates from other members easily via text messaging has helped immensely over time too!!

Pros

Ease to use, very simple for all users.
Ability book rooms quickly with instant confirmation emails sent back confirming room booked along side availability information at same instance.(this saves me lots if hassle)
Very good customer support response times..greatly appreciated especially during peak periods where staff may be away due holiday or sick leave
