Bad work is best in spares
1) Tank reader not working. 2) The white-blue wire is reversed, as in the photo. 3) Incorrect wiring. The blue wire ran under the plate that connected to the white plate. It cut the blue wire, causing a short and preventing the fuel gauge from reading. Solution: Reroute the blue cable (see photo).
