Review on 🏃 Saucony Men's Kinvara 12 Running Shoe: Unleash Your Running Potential by Ryan Nguyen

I love these sneakers. After years of running in the discontinued New Balance Fresh Foam Zante, I got seriously annoyed when they discontinued this shoe. So I was thrilled to find that these new Kinvaras are very similar to the definitive Zante. Both are minimalist shoes with low weight, low drop and no hard parts on a fully woven upper. This is exactly what I expect from sneakers. I ran Kinvaras many years ago and loved them, but the Saucony style can be a bit too loud for my liking. This is a problem because I usually change my running shoes about every 2 months and like to wear them as a daily shoe even though the foam is too compressed for running. And as much as I love the way these shoes walk, I still don't like the Saucony colorways. I have these shoes with the green Seafoam pattern and I like them as a running shoe, but as a casual shoe they are probably still a bit loud for my taste. However, the benefits for runners are worth it. My second run in these shoes was 12 miles at less than 7:00 per mile, which is a fast pace for me, and I felt great. No blisters, irritation, hot spots or other problems. The woven upper plays a major role in this. Finally, a word in the language of these shoes: madness. In my search for new running shoes for everyday use, I found that many manufacturers use tongues that are too hard, which irritate or even chafe the ankle when wearing short running socks (I watch you in the clouds). This language is like a blanket. If it seems strange to be able to speak so positively about a shoe's tongue, all I can say is that I really appreciate this attention to detail after several months of rubbing them the wrong way with several boots.
