GARBAGE! The included instructions would be nice if they just put some stickers on the parts which are ambiguous and look the same except for the top/bottom holes. Instructions are ambiguous regarding mounting orientation. After this struggle and victory, the structure is substantial at best, fitting for a couple of towels but not other bathroom items as it flexes like a paper clip. I would return it but of course when I screwed it into the wall all the rods buckled under any pressure and it's just not worth the hassle given the low price of the item. I would love to take a picture of how poor this item is and that would warrant some sort of partial refund but unfortunately my time is more valuable than hours spent shipping parts or whatever. Just buy something different and let everyone know.
