UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent new toner cartridges. First let me say that the new ones are vastly superior to the first batch I received when I first ordered them. I have now upgraded it to a 5 star rating because the new one works as it should, the toner adheres to the paper as it should, and the company that supports their products contacted me to explain the issue fix (which was a bad toner replacement). . Now I feel like I would buy from this company again. First batch: BAD TONER So after installation it had some streaks and alignment issues. Ran a cleaning cycle and it still went on but not as bad. I mainly use this printer to print schoolwork for my kids if it works well enough for that. The price was very good and it's perfect for what I do. If I wanted to print business materials I wouldn't use it. Does not stick well to textured paper.
