Agillic has made managing our online marketing a breeze. It is a one stop shop for all of our marketing needs, from website to social media to email. The reporting is very thorough and easy to use. I would like to see more robust segmentation options. There are many options to choose from, but not enough to make it easy to create custom segments. Agillic is also very good at creating custom campaigns, which is a HUGE time saver. We have been able to automate a lot of our marketing and reporting. We used to spend a ton of time in excel or other spreadsheets to track our marketing efforts. Now we have a single dashboard with all of our marketing efforts in one place.
