The dashboard is very simple, intuitive and allows me as an admin easy access to all my data. It has helped us with our referrals in many ways by keeping track of who referred whom etc. I like that it can be integrated into other platforms such as Salesforce for CRM purposes. Nothing really! As mentioned above there are some minor issues when integrating but nothing major or worth mentioning. We have not had any problems so far using this software. Tracking referrals from inside sales and field employees. Allowing them to refer their peers to apply within our organization. And also tracking how many applications we get through each month.
