I was really impressed by these facial wax strips. This was my first time using face wax strips so I was a bit nervous and cautious. Overall I found them very easy to use. There are a total of 40 strips in a pack, which I find very expensive for the price. They provide instructions that are easy to read and understand. Now I'm dealing with my face. I want to make sure everything is in place before I put anything on it! :) I applied wax to the upper lip and the middle part of the eyebrows but left out the tips because my skin is more delicate and sensitive there. I learned through trial and error, so I went through a few strips before actually getting them to work. •• I suggest rubbing it in your hand for a good minute to get it as WARM as possible. The warmer the better. Remember that this is how you will grow, you must be prepared quickly but CAREFULLY. My upper lip was a breeze once I warmed up the strip enough. There was some wax left but it was removed with warm water and some soap. They give you a few packets of soothing oil to apply to the waxed area afterwards. It took me a little longer for the middle of the eyebrows because I cut the strip. It might sound silly, but to see if they would really work in that area, I took a small piece of paper and placed it on the area of the brow that I wanted to wax. I used the paper as a guide to cut the strips to fit. It took a little while, but I was patient. I neglected my eyebrows so a lot of hair had to be removed. When it came time to do the job I heated the strip and QUICKLY cut the strip, attached, pressed firmly but gently, let dry about 5 seconds and pulled. The hair is gone! There was some hair that didn't come off but that was ok, the main job was done. I had redness that the oil soothed. After about 1 hour the redness subsided and I applied moisturizer to both areas. They are worth trying and I hope my story will help you succeed. •• The real strip looks like in the picture. You will receive 20 packs of 2 strips each. Also, my skin can be sensitive to certain products. These strips worked well. The aftercare has helped and I feel the product is suitable even for sensitive skin. I recommend these strips.
