These straw cleaners are perfect. I'm reusing giant Dunkin Donut straws to make iced coffee. It always bothered me that I never cleaned them well enough. I rolled up the wet paper towels as thinly as possible and tried to push them through the straw with a hanger. Well it didn't work. I tried weighing them in soapy water overnight to be sure. I still haven't had enough. I even went back to Dunkin Donuts to buy more straws. I'm bored of this. Then I saw these HUJI Stainless Steel Straw Cleaning Brushes and after the first try I knew I didn't have to worry anymore. They are very easy to bend, so do it slowly. You can just fix them again. They glide effortlessly back and forth. I like to have two because I use one for straws and the other for cleaning hard to reach places. There are so many tight little gaps in my magic bullet that you can't get to, but now I can get through them. I'm starting to try them everywhere and I knew how many little gaps there are. But as far as straws go, I'm so glad something so simple can make a difference. The price is worth every penny. I will be ordering more just for reassurance and because my husband is also keeping an eye on them.
