I was a disgruntled client of StrengthTape who was let down by their sluggish shipping and poor customer service. It took an excessively long time for my package to arrive despite the fact that I placed my order well before the time I required the item, which left me without the crucial medical supplies for longer than I had anticipated. To make things worse, their customer service team's communication was poor. Their customer service representatives seemed uninterested in assisting me and did not offer any helpful information when I enquired about the status of my purchase. It was obvious that they did not place a high priority on timely and efficient client communication. Additionally, the packaging of the item I got was poor and led to product damage during shipping. Due to their stringent return policy, I was forced to return the article, which was a frustrating and time-consuming process. Overall, I had a very disappointing time using StrengthTape. It is challenging to suggest them to anyone in need of medical supplies or tools due to their slow shipping, poor communication, and stringent return policy.
