A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

Before that, I had a Rolsen 1501 meat grinder (manufactured under license from Panasonic), served for 4 years, was used once a week, until a small bone got into the meat, as a result of which the clamping nut of the grate broke and the auger with a knife and grate flew out, the rest of the parts, the motor and gearbox were in good condition.
My new Panasonic has a chopping head exactly like Rolson's. Now I have two serviceable meat grinders, only one clamping nut. By the way, before Rolson, I had 5 meat grinders of various companies and none of them served for more than 3 months, except for manual ones.

Pros

Sickle-shaped self-sharpening knife, which reduces the effort when chopping meat. High performance at low e-gy costs. Due to the twisted cutting of the body, in the area of rotation of the auger, the meat, if cut into small pieces, is automatically captured, the pusher is almost not needed. After work, the meat does not remain on the auger and body. Affordable price of a well-known brand, I bought a stock for 2600. - Made in Malaysia.
