Before that, I had a Rolsen 1501 meat grinder (manufactured under license from Panasonic), served for 4 years, was used once a week, until a small bone got into the meat, as a result of which the clamping nut of the grate broke and the auger with a knife and grate flew out, the rest of the parts, the motor and gearbox were in good condition. My new Panasonic has a chopping head exactly like Rolson's. Now I have two serviceable meat grinders, only one clamping nut. By the way, before Rolson, I had 5 meat grinders of various companies and none of them served for more than 3 months, except for manual ones.
