I am an elderly male with relatively mild rosacea except when it gets worse. I also seem to have psoriasis on my face because I get large flakes of dead skin around my nose and on my forehead at least a few times a week. I must have tried a million products. It's definitely not a moisture issue. After using this product maybe 2 or 3 times a week any topical skin problems seem to be gone. As for wrinkle reduction, that's really not my problem. All I know is that my face looks better than it has in many years. I am not affiliated with this company but if like me you think there is nothing else to try I would say it is worth trying the rather modest price of this product. You may have created something that will help millions of people. Just my 2s.
