The ease of use, ability to quickly get up-and running with little training required for users or IT support staff! It has been an amazing tool in our efforts at detecting diseases like COVID 19 as it allows us access into all sorts of data not normally available through other means - including internal business information we don't have direct control over elsewhere (like who's coming/going). We've also used this platform extensively during Ebola outbreaks where there was so much public interest but limited resources otherwise.
