It is difficult to rate this product. I really like my Brother MFC-L2700DW. Also, I had a lot of toner. So I wanted to find a middle ground on the overall cost. Buying a brand new original Brother DR630 drum made absolutely no sense compared to the cost of a brand new printer. So I bought this model hoping my printer would last a long time. And technically it went on. BUT almost every time I send my first printout of the day to the printer, it comes out garbled and sometimes jams. The obvious problem with wasted paper is wasted money on paper and toner. I endured it for over a year. Then I decided to look for a genuine Brother DR630 drum, but NOT at an absurdly high retail price. It behaves the same as this off-brand model. It's time to buy a new printer when you're running low on toner.
