I got 1 for my rabbit and I liked it so much I got the 2nd. Not only is it often used in a cage, but the tray also fits in a pet bag. . It is also great for traveling and I now use it as an excellent alternative to pee pads when travelling. My bag is so old I can't tell what size it is. However, I can say that the main rectangular interior area (ie not counting the small, narrow entrance behind the door, just the main pet area) is about 8.5 inches wide and just under 16 inches long, and that the brand is Petmate. Also, my stretcher flares out a bit on the sides so the tray fits despite the apparent difference in size. The base of my carrier is 8.5 inches, but the sides of the carrier are slightly tapered. If you're reading my review and hoping it will work in your carry case, be sure to measure the inside of the carry case and compare those measurements to your tray.
