This product has made my life so much better before connecting to Wi-Fi took 20 minutes and sometimes not at all. I've never had to call tech support. Setup was pretty easy. The only issue I had was that I had disabled Wi-Fi on my edge router as instructed and was unable to connect. Turned it back on, connected imidally. My house is not big, but it is irregularly shaped. I bought 4 pieces. We are cable cutters so all our TVs are broadcast. I have 4 Wi-Fi Alexa lights and 4 security cameras and a doorbell. Tp Link did not in any way pay me for my review and I can tell you that I said all about it. I am handing over the best product I have bought for my home.
