Proper attachment is the best in the sport

I have been making my swings for over 30 years. My index is 6.4. The swing manual was introduced to me by my swing coach. I've tried this before, but I figured it wasn't for me. The reason was that I had attached it to the racquet incorrectly. It all depends on your grip. I have found it very useful for adding delay, distance, proper tensioning and improving the accuracy of my swing.
