This improved the fit of my glasses but the adhesive used is poor quality. The silicone material is soft and offers a good grip on my nose. For two weeks after applying the pads, I could detect a slight pungent odor from time to time. Then the smell faded or I acclimated to the point where I didn't notice the smell anymore. With slight pressure and heat while sitting on my nose, the adhesive becomes tacky and oozes out between the pad and the goggles, forming small balls of adhesive best described as "glue boogers". If they get on the lenses, they are not easy to clean. I wore the first pair of pads for about a month and the adhesive has definitely worn off. The edges begin to lift and the entire pad is removed with gentle lateral pressure. Would immediately give 5 stars if the glue was better.
