SUMMARY: Had a lot of experience with toothbrushes and customer service. The charger stopped working for unknown reasons, I emailed Cathy customer service and they promptly sent me a new one. Overall 5 stars. LONG REVIEW: I bought this brush in 2019 as an upgrade to my heavier and noisier Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. I was impressed by how light and smooth the brush felt, yet it was still very durable while brushing. I appreciate the simple, no-frills design. The brush head is very easy to remove and replace. I usually remove the nozzle to clean the gap after cleaning. The vibration is strong for effective brushing, but doesn't hurt gums even with hard-bristled brush heads (my preference). The vibrations are also quieter than the Sonicare, and I love the simple 2-minute timer with indicators telling you when to switch to a different brushing area. I didn't feel the need to use any settings other than "clean", but some people might like other modes. I like having options. I have traveled with this brush several times. I never had to take my charger with me as a full charge lasted a month before completely dying and needing to be recharged. It took about a day and a half to fully charge. I like the indicator light. It glows red when the battery is low and emits a small beep to notify you while you're brushing. The vibrations are also slightly weaker when it's glowing red. Once recharged, it returned to stronger vibrations. I have never charged my toothbrush constantly. Once it's fully charged, I unplug the charger and just use it as a toothbrush holder. While charging and battery life were really good, I recently noticed that the charger stopped working. I tried different sockets, but the charger somehow broke. I was able to continue using the brush for about a month before the battery completely died. I emailed customer service to explain the problem. They quickly got me a new toothbrush and charger and it works like a dream. No problem. The brushing experience was really good and the price compares well to many mainstream brushes available now. Customer service was also very polite and helpful. I would recommend this brush.
