Very happy with the scale (2 year review)

I recently bought my second Wi-Fi scale (0385). I had the first one for two years (something fell on it and the glass broke). I didn't have a single problem with the first scale. It connected to my wifi with no problems. Batteries 4 AAA lasted until the moment when the scale didn't crash. The app sync was perfect and worked with all major health apps I have (Firbit and Google Health). However, the second one caused me connection problems (error T204). When they emailed customer support, they responded within minutes with a solution that worked as instructed. Below is the solution provided to me. T204 is a problem with the WiFi chip that does not allow the scale to broadcast the network to connect in hotspot mode (backup connection method). The best way to fix this is to reset the wifi chip. To do this, you must try to connect to another 2.4 GHz network, specifically an access point or someone else's (friend, family, neighbor, etc.) WiFi network. If the scale connects fully OR just doesn't get a t204, we should be back in business and able to try reconnecting to your original network.
