My husband remarks how cute these Mary Jane style sneakers are every time I wear them. He's right - they are absolutely gorgeous. I wear a 9 with closed toe shoes, an 8.5 with sandals so I chose a 9 for them. The sock box is just right and doesn't bother my toes at all, but I had to add heel counters to the back of the shoe to keep them from riding up and down with anything other than very thick socks. It is in order. I prefer regular sandals or walking shoes if I'm going to be on my feet for a few hours, but they're good for a short walk or run to the grocery store. I like that they have a mesh upper because they are breathable and I don't have to put socks on like I do with regular sneakers. I think they will benefit from a pair of insoles and be easy to wear all day if I buy a pair. I love the outsole and the thickness that gives me a little extra height without feeling like I'm balancing on a platform. I can also use them as dress shoes if it's casual wear. I like her.
