All in all this backpack is awesome. It's good quality, durable and comfortable for me and my cat. There are only a few reasons I can't give a full 5 stars. The main reason is that the front of the backpack is very flexible and doesn't hold vertically. I've added an image so you can see what I mean. I thought maybe it was just because it was crushed in transit, but after stuffing it to help it take its shape, it still didn't hold its shape. I have a feeling this could be easily remedied if there were slots on the inside on the front with detachable sticks, wires or something similarly strong. That's something I can probably add myself, so I'm not too worried. What also bothered me was that the safety line was too short. My cat could not sit comfortably while clinging to her. Simple solution again, I just added some length myself. In any case, all the other features of the backpack are great: two buckles at the front, a solid back and bottom, side pockets and a foldable water bowl. cool little addition. I feel that the pros slightly outweigh the cons and you certainly can't beat the value so I highly recommend this backpack.
