Connector Leaks: Small Appliance Parts and Accessories

This hose was used to connect the CO2 tank to the soda machine. The washer was installed according to the instructions and the connector was tightened with a wrench according to the instructions. The connection did not flow immediately after connection. It leaked hours later, 15 minutes later, and on the third try it leaked in the middle of the night while we slept - emptied the entire CO2 tank.
