Manufacturing issue

Factory damage. The way the company folds the pillowcase pushes the velvet into creases. It folds in half and then in half again. Along the folds, the velvet is crumpled and does not comb. This gives the appearance of spots along the fold line. The manufacturer must pack them FLAT. Sent back to Revain.
