I'm a plus size woman with an apple shape and a 42 inch waist. Some plus size women wear straps just below their bust and when I tried that with this strap I'm 40 inches tall. This belt is not designed for plus size people and the fact that I'm 40 inches just below my chest is the only way to wear this belt. It's pretty tight so I'm not sure, I think it's a great idea with my phone as I don't want to bend it. The price would make it a lot harder for me to return the belt, so I just give it to a thrift store. The description says it can stretch up to 44 inches, which may be true, but it's pretty extreme in terms of the tension it has to generate because it stretches to the highest possible elongation. I wouldn't really consider it adjustable enough for plus size people and I would recommend you to buy something else. The color and design are nice but it's too small for my needs.
