Review on CoolSand by Kevin Elliott

My most recent encounter with CoolSand was very underwhelming. They advertise that they have a huge variety of toys, games, arts and crafts supplies, and craft kits, but I found the options to be rather meager and unimpressive. Their goods' craftsmanship left a lot to be desired; some of their offerings felt flimsy and shoddy. I bought a package for making sandcastles, but it wasn't up to the job. The kit was deficient in the instruments needed to construct a respectable sandcastle and the sand was of poor quality. I was also unimpressed with the customer care. I tried to get in touch with them to voice my issues, but the service was slow and unresponsive. My questions didn't seem to be a top concern. Overall, I did not have a good time with CoolSand. I was let down by their small selection of poor-quality goods and poor customer care, and I doubt I will shop there again.
