It's not great, but it's not terrible either
Mine doesn't seem as bad as others describe. All my lights seem to work. Branches must also be loosened up. I didn't measure mine but I'm guessing it was almost 6 feet. I'm 5ft 7in and it was taller than me. I would call it a "pencil tree", it's thin. But I like the snowy peaks and I think it's cute for the place I placed it. I'll add a garland and the decorations will be fine. For $75 I wasn't very disappointed.
