Review on Enhanced Magicard Enduro 3e Dual Sided ID Card Printer Bundle + Card Imaging Software with Supplies - 3633-3021 by Roberto Evans

With every ribbon change there are printing problems. Black-brown text is duplicated. I create my images in Photoshop and when I print from the provided software the colors are turned off, when I print directly from a file right click the print text is the correct color but the text is splotchy. I have stripes on the left side. Watch and watch both the magic card and the tech support guy and basically everyone is telling you that some part of it (drivers/software) is working properly. I'm more than disappointed. I loathe playing with hardware and software, yet I'm stuck with cards that don't perform as well as expected. And every time I change bands, a similar or new problem occurs. I only buy Magicard certified ribbons and cards, and yet Magicard has kept telling me that they have different qualities. I only buy from the ones they recommended and pay more but still have issues. Oh, and the promised output isn't correct either, and then they say they set aside 20 prints to test? I do not understand. what does that even mean. 300 prints / duplex = 150, so why am I only getting 120 prints on average? Therefore, your expected profit is not what it should be. Can you tell I'm a little angry and upset? I wouldn't mind if one of the tech support guys just fixed it every time, but I hate being told it's working properly when it clearly isn't!
