Avoid this product and this company! - What a complete disappointment our purchases were (yes we bought two of those bags!). We've bought outdoor bags in the past and they've been strong, well designed and durable. So I trusted the brand and specifically searched for a bag similar to the one I had before. When the bags arrived the material wasn't as strong and durable as it used to be. But given the history, I figured Outdoor had done its homework. Not right! We went on a long journey lasting several months and the bag lasted exactly two stops and showed huge tears where the stitching came undone. We then discovered that the bag they came in was also defective and the stitching was incomplete. Obviously this isn't the same corporate governance as it was in the past - they aren't focused on quality or customer experience and this is obviously not a deviation from the norm. The only solution is not to buy their products.
