Review on LANDOT by Brandon Hayes

I was very upset and dissatisfied with my recent LANDOT purchase. Their website boasts about being innovative, high-quality, and inexpensive, but my experience was anything but. The first problem I had was that they didn't have nearly as many products as I needed. The limited selection was priced excessively; I had hoped to pay less for higher-quality goods. Second, the unfriendly and unhelpful staff I encountered when I called their customer support department really soured my experience. They gave off the vibe that they couldn't care less about fixing the problem I was having with their service. Finally, my purchase was delivered late and in a damaged box. I was let down by the quality of the merchandise, which fell short of my hopes. As a whole, LANDOT is not a retailer I would suggest to anyone. Their selection of products is small and expensive, despite what their website would have you believe. Their shipping and packaging quality are also subpar, and they provide subpar customer support. If you don't want to be let down, look elsewhere.
