Review on GSI Outdoors Waterproof Spice Rack: Perfect for Camping, Home, RV - Clear, Black by Elli Navarro

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Surprisingly, there's one interesting little thing you should know about it.

At first I thought they were a bit overpriced at over $12 but in the end it was worth it as they fit the bill and the quality is there. the pair is not split 50/50 internally. Closer to 40/60%. What I mean is that although each bottle has 2 sides, one side has a slightly larger capacity than the other. It surprised me, but I don't see it as a bad thing. I *REALLY* want to bring more salt than pepper. I want to use more sugar than Tony Creole. I want more garlic salt than cinnamon. At least those are the spices I chose. ---------- Update: I removed a star due to poor adhesion on pre-printed labels. Less than 2 years after purchase (and mostly just sitting on a shelf in my house) the pre-printed labels were falling off like old stickers. So now I use masking tape on the lid and a fine tip marker to remind myself what's inside (and its age). Also, FYI, due to the way I pack my gear, I've never used a rubber bandolier to hold the kit together either, but that might be different for you.

Pros
  • I keep my fists
Cons
  • No insurance
